• Membership selection is highly selective; we only invite individuals who demonstrate respect for privacy and align with our community guidelines. Regular reviews ensure that members who violate our policies or behave inappropriately are promptly removed.
• Users have control over their visibility on Liper, with features like “hide” and “pause” modes to allow temporary concealment of profiles. Location sharing can also be toggled at will, giving you full command over your privacy and safety preferences.

ABOUT THIS AGREEMENT

Liper (“Liper,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) delivers its mobile application (the “app”) and related features, encompassing in-person events, venues, and social meet-ups (collectively, the “Service”). These Terms of Use govern your access and interaction with the platform and are updated periodically. By applying for membership, creating an account, RSVP-ing, attending events, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, available at https://liper.com/privacy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use signals acceptance of the updates. Please review this document regularly. If you do not agree to these terms, please cease using the Service.

REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP

To access the platform, potential members must complete an application form. approve applicants based on discretion, with priority often given to individuals with existing connections within the community, which we find enhances engagement and trust. Those not initially approved will join a waitlist, with new openings reviewed regularly.

Applying indicates your consent to receive email or SMS notifications regarding your status and updates related to your application.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details about yourself. This information is protected by our Privacy Policy. Once your application is approved, you will choose a subscription plan. Payments will renew automatically unless canceled, and are processed via third-party services — we do not store or access your payment information and refunds are generally not provided, unless specified otherwise.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, updating your information regularly, and logging out securely. We accept no liability for damages resulting from account misuse or breaches.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Binding Agreement: These Terms of Use create a legal agreement between you and Liper.
• User Eligibility: You must be 18 or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You affirm that you’re not prohibited from using the platform by law or by any government restrictions.
• Validity and Termination: These terms remain in force as long as you use the Service. You can terminate your account anytime. Liper may suspend or terminate your access for violations or at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Upon termination, your account information may be deleted, and no refunds will be issued for unused memberships or in-app purchases. Certain features, including event access, may be limited based on your membership status and location.
• Commercial Restrictions: The platform and all content are for personal, non-commercial use only. Promotional activities, advertising, or soliciting are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized.
• In-Person Interactions and Events: Use of the platform to arrange or attend in-person meetings/exceptions is at your own risk. We do not conduct background checks or verify claims made by users. Our involvement ends at connecting members; we’re not responsible for any conduct or incidents that occur outside our platform. You accept full responsibility for your interactions and safety. Disclosing your location or personal info should be done carefully.
• User-Generated Content: You are solely responsible for any content you post,
